What to bring when you apply.
Please bring or upload copies of these documents when you apply. Originals are checked when you accept a place. If a document is missing, apply anyway and tell us; the office will help.
Your checklist
Copies are fine when you apply; bring originals when you accept a place.
Birth certificate
A copy of your child's birth certificate.
Parent's ID
A copy of the parent's or guardian's national ID.
Immunisation card
For ECD and Grade 1.
Report and transfer letter
From the previous school, for Grades 2 to 7.
Two passport photos
Recent, with your child's name on the back.
