SDC and governance
How parents help run the school.

The School Development Committee (SDC) is elected by parents and works with the school head on development projects, levies and the welfare of learners.
Meetings
The SDC meets on the first Thursday of each month. A general meeting for all parents is held once a term, where the budget and levies are presented.
What the SDC does

Plans and oversees new classrooms, repairs and equipment.
Levies and budget
Proposes the levies and reports on spending to every general meeting.
Learner welfare
Supports the feeding scheme, uniforms for children in need and the sick bay.
Parent voice
Brings parents' ideas and concerns to the school leadership.
