Admissions
When can I apply for ECD A or Grade 1?
Applications for 2027 are open now. We recommend applying before the end of November; late applications are accepted while places remain.
How old must my child be?
ECD A: 4 years by 1 January; ECD B: 5 years; Grade 1: 6 years.
Do you take learners in other grades?
Yes, when there is space. Apply online and choose the grade; the office will tell you if a place is available.
How do I know what's happening with my application?
Use Track my application with your reference number (e.g. NPS-2027-0042) and the phone number you applied with.
Is there an assessment?
Children joining Grades 2–7 may be invited for a short, friendly assessment. ECD and Grade 1 children are not tested.
Which documents do I need?
A copy of the birth certificate, a parent's ID, the immunisation card (ECD and Grade 1), the latest report (Grades 2–7) and two passport photos. You can upload them with your online application.
Fees
How much are the fees?
See Fees & levies for the current amounts. Levies are agreed with the SDC each year and paid per term.
How do I pay?
Pay at the school office (cash or swipe) or by bank transfer, using your child's name and grade as the reference. Always keep your receipt.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Speak to the bursar at the start of term to agree a payment plan.
Uniform
Where can I buy uniform?
From approved suppliers in Nyanga; see the Uniform page for the list and prices.
