Enrolment for 2027 is open

We welcome applications for ECD A, ECD B and Grade 1, and for places in other grades when they are available. Apply online in about ten minutes, then track your application with your reference number.

How to apply

  1. Apply

    Fill in the online form in about ten minutes, or collect a paper form from the office.

  2. We review

    The office checks your application and documents. Grades 2–7 may have a short, friendly assessment.

  3. Offer

    You receive an offer or a place on the waiting list. Track progress any time with your reference.

  4. First day

    Accept the offer, pay the registration fee, get the uniform and join us for orientation.

Questions parents ask

When can I apply for ECD A or Grade 1?

Applications for 2027 are open now. We recommend applying before the end of November; late applications are accepted while places remain.

How old must my child be?

ECD A: 4 years by 1 January; ECD B: 5 years; Grade 1: 6 years.

Do you take learners in other grades?

Yes, when there is space. Apply online and choose the grade; the office will tell you if a place is available.

How do I know what's happening with my application?

Use Track my application with your reference number (e.g. NPS-2027-0042) and the phone number you applied with.

Is there an assessment?

Children joining Grades 2–7 may be invited for a short, friendly assessment. ECD and Grade 1 children are not tested.

Which documents do I need?

A copy of the birth certificate, a parent's ID, the immunisation card (ECD and Grade 1), the latest report (Grades 2–7) and two passport photos. You can upload them with your online application.
